“I started my weight loss program in March of 09. I have lost a total of 104 lbs as of 12-18-09. I really do recommend this clinic for weight loss. I am really pleased with my success with my weight loss. I followed their recommendations for my diet. I workout for at least 30 minutes to an hour everyday. I keep count of my calories and keep a daily log of what I eat and for how long I workout. I drink at least a gallon of water a day, if not more. If I am not sure on the calories I will google it on the computer to find out how many calories are in the foods that I have eaten or go to eat”
